Returns & refunds

Each piece is one-of-a-kind and hand-stitched. Because of that, I handle returns informally rather than through a fixed policy.
If something arrives damaged
Email me within 7 days with a photo of the damage and the tracking number. I'll either repair it, replace it, or refund — whichever works best.
If you change your mind
Reach out within 14 days of receiving the piece. As long as it's unworn and in original condition, I accept returns at the buyer's shipping cost. I refund via e-Transfer once the piece arrives safely.
Custom orders
Custom pieces are non-refundable once started, since they're made specifically for you. If you're unsure about details, ask all your questions during the inquiry stage before any beads are strung.
Repairs
If a piece breaks down the road from normal wear, I'm usually happy to repair it for the cost of materials + return shipping. Just reach out.
